When to Hire a Financial Advisor

When you imagine a financial advisor, do you think of somebody hunched over a computer, poring over charts and numbers? Well, sometimes we do that but most of the time we are forming relationships with our clients and their families to help them navigate their finances.  If we can take just that little bit of stress out of your life, we are happy!

Here are some situations in which you may benefit from hiring a financial advisor

  • You know what you want to do, you just don’t know how to get organized or which steps to take first

  • You want somebody to do the heavy lifting for you and take the work completely off your plate

  • You like to be in control, but want to partner with somebody who can hold you to a schedule and give second opinions

  • You need somebody to help you take the emotion out of planning.  For example, buying a house, having a child, planning a wedding, or dealing with an estate or inheritance can be emotional situations that may cloud financial judgement

  • You have multiple sources of debt and don’t know what to tackle first

If you find yourself identifying with any of the above statements, be sure to fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page to schedule a complimentary consultation and find out if you could benefit from working with a financial advisor.
